Dover-HW
This program calculates time-difference to High-Water near Dover.
The Dover-tides were calculated with WXtide32.c (copyright: see below).
If the actual time is close to midnight, the nearest HW-Dover may be on the day before or after,
as should be obvious from the times indicated.
Moon phases follow Jean Meeus: "Astronomical Algorithms".
All times given in UTC.
Date-format is dd.mm.yyyy
Year = -4712 here corresponds to conventional "Year 4713 BC",
while in conventional BC/AD-counting year 0 does not exist. The Gregorian calender starts with 15.Oct.1582,
Julian ends with 4.Oct.1582. - The values for ΔT used here seem slightly more actual than those used in
http://astropixels.com/ephemeris/phasescat/phasescat.html, which otherwise is one of the best Moon-references.
