International Rules for the Prevention of Collisions at Sea ( = ColReg) and in German Maritime Waters (German Traffic Regulations = SeeSchStrO).
After START answer each question with an appropriate number (1,2,..). Default-values are indicated like "[default: 2]" or similar. The program returns to start, after the final answer was displayed. The program remembers all input values as long as it is not exited. Answers are indicated like "G25(3) ==>" for rule number 25 of German Traffic Regulations and like "#10.j ==>" for rule number 10.j of the International Rules ColReg. One of the vessels (A) should be either a motor vessel or a sailing vessel. Two fishing vessels could be treated similarly to two motor vessels.
